I stayed at this Hilton months ago and had a great experience, my last stay was terrible. Long line while checking in, rooms look old and staff has a bad attitude. Apparently there is new management, hotel is much worse. Will not be staying here again

Decent. Mixed review with service, below average tech offerings. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The service was another story. We had a great experience with the evening staff, but multiple times I rang the front desk in the AM I was left waiting on line for 10+ mins. On check out, I needed bellman to assist with luggage especially because I am traveling with my elder grandfather. I recently stayed at Hilton Dallas Park Cities and unfortunately had a very mixed experience. From check-in, my interactions with Stephen at the front desk were disappointing. He was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed irritated whenever I interacted with him. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also felt that my status was not acknowledged or welcomed. The Hilton Dallas/Park Cities hotel was great. Friendly staff, rooms big, very quiet even though hotel seemed to be fairly full. Valet parking was also nice.
