The price point is in no way indicative of a "luxury" hotel. The hotel is hardly luxurious. The hotel takes advantage of guests by charging $45/day for valet parking with no alternatives. Never again.
Upon arriving at the hotel and accessing our room with the digital key, we were greeted by a guest in the room ( not fully clothed I might add) The front staff apologized, but took close to 30 minutes to investigate and assign us to another room. No complementary drink, no real concern for what had just happened ( curious if the apologized to the other guest. The beds are not comfortable and we won’t be staying there again. I don’t recommend using digital check in!
