Maybe the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Charged an extra $300 for a room cancellation I did not submit, and have been trying to resolve it for 3 weeks. No ones even at the front desk to pick up a call, when I finally do get someone on the phone, they are disinterested and pass me along to the next person. Ive called 6 separate times and heard my refund is being processed for almost a month. Will never been staying at a hilton hotel again.
This is a very nice Hilton. It is in a great park of town and the whole staff matches the area. What I mean is that this place is top notch. They have meeting spaces that stay busy for a reason. Good show guys.
I love everything about this property, from the front desk check-in, to the pool that is on the 11th floor and I also enjoy breakfast and most of all the Starbucks that is on property that had just what I need daily a strawberry lemonade refresher which made my day!
Have enjoyed staying at this hotel over the last several years. This last stay will ensure that I never return. Room was terrible, water pressure in sink and shower unacceptable, and the Wi-Fi was awful. House keeping attempted to enter our room three separate times over two days with Do Not Disturb sign posted. Stayed here one year ago with no issues, and have been coming back.
