Beware of a $50 valet charge that is not clearly communicated up front!! They don’t have self parking, and they do not share with you up front the valet charge. Very disappointed in the customer care and transparency of this hotel.
As a USAF vet, the way your company is treating DHS and ICE agents is totally unacceptable. I sincerely hope your company suffers severely.
The rooms are old and worn out. The bathroom lighting actually casts a shadow on the face when leaning in - making it useless for applying makeup. The full length mirror has an overhead spotlight, making it unsuitable for seeing the details of your outfit, and the desk lamp is about 40 watts bright making it useless for any viewing. I stay at this hotel out of necessity of proximity to family but it is consistently overpriced, the staff isn’t usually great, our rooms smell moldy or furniture has suspicious stains. There’s a hum throughout our entire floor that’s annoying, makes you feel like you’re being put through some torture scenario. Overall it’s extremely dated, and they charge you for everything.
