Wanted to give a shout out to Preston. Exceptional service is rare, but you delivered it effortlessly. Thank you for going the extra mile and making our stay unforgettable!
The service is VERY BAD. Excluding the tall thin guy at the valet and the check in lady, everyone else seems to be having the worst time. Dont bother saying hi/morning/night to the maids, they dont even smile back at you Dont expect housekeeping to do their job either. We stayed 5 nights and didnt wiped a single time. They NEVER changed the glasses. I left an empty water bottle next to the trash can (bc it didnt fit) - they didnt take it. Stayed here while attending a great nieces wedding. Room was very comfortable and, of course, very clean.
