Never ever send your loved one here! My dad was there for 10 weeks! Only received 1 shower because I called and complained after 6 weeks without one, no sponge baths, barely any care for his bed sore and only after insurance wasn't extending and i was diacharging him to an adult foster care did they finally take bloodwork the SAME day and found his kids idneys were going because of dehydration! My father passed away Jun 17th and #1 reason on death certificate was "Malnutrition". How does one pass away from that in a facility that is supposed to be caring for a person?
