service level is very good. Everyone has been super nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool area is awesome.
My experience from start to finish was amazing. The customer service my family and I received during our stay was greatly appreciated as we were properly accommodated. James in particular left a lasting impressing upon my transit to Midway airport. As the shuttle driver, he and I made great conversation during the drive. I felt at ease and comfortable knowing my departure was safely executed. Thank you all to the staff!!
James was kind enough to take me to the airport an hour early in the shuttle.
Isreal did an amazing job, so darn polite!
