Cora was absolutely amazing! I needed a later check-out, as my flight wasn’t departing until after 9:00 pm. Instead of having me look and book on ResortPass, Cora went ahead and extended my stay for a little extra charge and it was amazing! I did not have to worry about what to do until my flight or move rooms. The entire staff was nice and most helpful. I’d definitely stay again just because of them.
I am handicapped. There was not enough parking. I do know there was a convention going on.

It’s time to refinish the bathtubs and remodel the hotel to the Hilton Standard. My room's landline phone did not work, so I could not call the front desk or guest services.
