AC in the room was phenomenal, but that's where my compliments end.
I would love to give a 10 star rating to Melina and Gary they were amazing in there job love the way the talk to people and the way they treat and guide the costumer.Thank you so much definitely be back to the hotel.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean.
Good location. Rooms are a bit dated, I had a bathtub rather than a shower and I was told it's an upgraded room with a Jacuzzi tub. Tub wasn't operational other than being used as a shower, which I would have preferred a regular shower rather than have to jump in and out of a tall tub. Furniture was a bit dated but in good condition. Counter in bathroom was unusually tall. Service was great and always helpful. Food at the breakfast buffet was decent with good service and a full range of options.
