It was just so pleasant. Comfy bed. Clean room. Such gracious, easy, friendly, professional staff - I really liked it.
I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming, and Cora provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend this establishment to my friends and family, particularly due to Cora's elegant and professional demeanor.
On 3/27 I checked in at Hilton Chicago/northbrook to be closer to airport to fly out to Houston for work still left early with the long lines at airport so I self checked out at 3am forgot something very valuable in my room(420) I called back and Cora and also Yolanda made sure I got my property back !! Curios to there cleaning staff! Anywhere else the would’ve pocketed it thanks again guys
Love this hotel and so do the kids! Thank you for always accommodating my family. Rooms are always clean they also have a nice size pool with a jacuzzi and sauna! Thank you See you soon!
