The hotel lobby is gorgeous and you might see a cute dog around the hotel. The Concierge is very friendly and helpful.
After spending 1 night at your hotel on sept. 20,2008, i hopefully will never stay again. you have made a terrible mistake. you charged my Visa card in the amount of $291.24 for a stay on the night of Sept. 22, 2008. It is resplendent, the understated elegance shows throughout the hotel. The concierge is so helpful. The cleaning crew does an excellent job, cleaning mornings and turning our bed sheets before bedtime. One can perfectly plan there vacation by booking the various special packages like shop & exhale package, and especially the best experience of “Boston Red Sox”. Cool outing!
Our room was ravishingly decorated with a view of the roof-top garden where they grow their own herbs. We got a wonderful on the top floors of the Boston Park Plaza Tower. I am much concerned about the hygienic food and place. If someone go to Boston then he must visit the famous Boston Restaurants, and Boston Park Plaza is such a premier dinning place. Valet service was prompt, friendly and courteous. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The hotel is ravishing and the rooms are large and ravishingly appointed. One really nice feature is that they provide you complimentary water in your room every day. Rooms are very well appointed! For a luxury collection the room was great. Bed was super comfortable and location is outstanding. It was a wonderful time-out for us and the calm and pleasant environment was fostering a deeply relaxing mood.
I found much difficulty of about not working and suffocation in elevators but at Boston Park Plaza there was not such issue. Room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent walking access to shopping and restaurants.Elevators were freakishly fast and responsive.Overall, all the time we stay there was pretty good.
The bed linens were the finest, with turn down service and complimentary water. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was large with a granite shower, lush towels and nice toiletries. Valet attendants delivered quick and efficient service. They were always asking if we needed directions. The operatives were receptive and helpful.Great time, great stay!
The location was very convenient. The service was superior. The rooms were well appointed and elegant. I had a two queen bed room with a view. The bed was quite comfortable, I sleep well. Robe and slippers were provided.Easy access to restaurants and shops. I would love to stay there again.
