We love it here
had a great vacation staying at the Hilton Bentley. the hotel was very clean, the proximity to the beach was so advantageous and our view was amazing. the staff were exceptional. especially Alex who works the front desk. in an industry where i am sure Hilton emphasizes extremely high standards, Alex easily surpassed them. his courtesy, professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness are appreciated and will not be forgotten. they are part of the reason we will stay at this Hilton next time we return to Miami Beach. oh, and my w... read more
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish, even before we arrived. We were in town celebrating a birthday and shipped decorations to the hotel in advance. The front desk team signed for the packages and kept everything safe until we checked in. We’d requested an early check-in so we could decorate, and Frankie at the concierge went above and beyond: he walked me through all the options over the phone and even came in on his day off to make sure the room was set up exactly as discussed.
