Just get the ocean view room on high floors and everything will be worth it. Note to self: don’t count on the pool but you can get better pool elsewhere. Front desk people service is mixed. Some are very nice some have altitude. It’s still worth it to have ocean view balcony, ocean breeze, fully relaxed mode, picked kumbucha and Champaign on ice, and sunshine.

Be cautious with the hotel’s transport arrangements. I requested a standard airport taxi, but a luxury car arrived instead, with the explanation that no regular car was available. As I was in a rush, I had no choice but to take it. To make matters worse, the driver added a tip without my consent, leaving me feeling misled. It’s hard to believe the hotel staff weren’t aware of all this. As a Hilton Honors member and frequent traveller, this experience was very disappointing. That’s why I usually stick to Bonvoy. Great Sputh Beach Hotel and a 3 step away from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views and beach .
