I had an extremely frustrating experience with Hilton that I feel could have easily been avoided with proper communication. My company prepaid for a 3-night stay, and the receipt clearly showed the room was fully paid in advance. However, upon arrival, I was told there was a $1,000 balance due—something I was never informed of and was completely unprepared for. Great location good all-around
The front desk clerk that helped me was extremely accommodating which I appreciate because we were in town due to a family emergency. I believe her name is Kasey or Kelsey. I only gave 4 stars because the parking process is very inconvenient especially when you need to travel in and out throughout the day for anything urgent.
