Melissa was absolutely wonderful during our check-in. She was genuinely kind and welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we received the best room available. Would not stay here again. It’s a fine room and good location, but too many frustrating little things went wrong. First, they do not tell you on the website that parking is off site. I had a hard time getting into and around the lot with the snow. My keycard didn’t let me open the gate even though it was supposedly coded so I had to keep driving back and forth to the hotel. Second, I had a terrible check in process where they kept giving me keys that didn’t unlock my room. I schlepped up and down three times before the issue... read more
