If you ever visit this hotel, ask for Alicia. I asked her how long she's been with the brand and shes only been there for three months. She was friendly and helpful from the time I arrived until I left. My stay was enjoyable and the customer service is top tier!
Vanessa was amazing at checking us in. She made the process easy and was warm and welcoming!
Great staff and facilities made our anniversary fantastic. There is an adult only swimming area, and the rooms and the hotel are beautiful. Alex gave us great poolside service. If you like exploring hotels, you could spend a half a day here and not see all the art. There is a large section of the Berlin wall here, a great reminder of how sucky totalitarianism was/could be. The pool in the landscaping are beautiful
The Hilton Anatole is an excellent property with great amenities, food and ambiance. It is very walkable to good food offsite as well! Love staying at this property!
