I have worked for Holton brand Hotels for five years. Am a Gold member and Hilton Honors user.This hotel will charge $150 extra per night and it will be held on your credit card no where in there policy on web site does it tell you . I was not told this at check-in . I stayed for a vacation with themTaking out this extra money I was not budgeting Extra expense had made it for the worst vacation me and my wife have ever taken. We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Juan at the front desk of the Hilton Anatole. He went above and beyond to help us during checkout and was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his genuine willingness to help. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly, answered our questions with patience, and never once made us feel rushed.
