Worst experience... Wasn't busy...luke warm appetizer.... Rotting scallops in my pasta... Service sucked but still tipped 21% told them about scallops and still didn't do anythinG. I've never commented on a restaurants facebook. Just wanted to let you know.
This is a very welcoming hotel. Friendly people, great rooms, very clean. Nice view out of my window. You can hear people in rooms beside you and people in the hall ways but the hospitality, cleanliness, and food served here is too good to let the sound keep them from 5 stars. When I came in from work my room smelled great and everything was in its place. Valerie, the lady who cleaned my room, was super helpful and super sweet. Thank you for making my time away from home comfortable.
Had my daughters wedding there. They were so accommodating in everything. Marissa was amazing in helping us plan it. The food was great. Wonderful time. Great memories.
I'm very picky about my hotels but I must say I had a nice time here. Since I've been back I'm Ohio I have only been staying at the courtyard Marriott but now I have a new favorite hotel and they treated us with gourmet cookies through out our stay. ���
Had a good experience at the DoubleTree in Akron. My only complaint is the cheap tissues you supply in the room. It was like using sand paper! Please upgrade to softer tissues.
I have been staying here for 4 years once a week every month. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wouldn't stay at another hotel.
