I love HiloDent , staff members are super nice. Dr. Hilo has done an amazing job with my 12 year old who had a lot of work done and he was pain free after procedure. Please take you’re kids to this clinic you won’t regretted.😀
From the beginning, the team was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and treated me in a very professional way. They are specialists in anesthesia, but they also accept adult patients like me. I really appreciate that. They checked my teeth carefully and made a crown for me within two weeks. The quality is very good, and everything feels perfect. Once, I had a problem during the weekend, and the doctor called me back within one hour. They really care about their patients. I am a new patient yet they treated me as if they’ve known me forever, from day one. Dr Hilo is extremely personable and cool and so is his brother, the hygienist, Emile. Manuela who runs the front desk is also very friendly and professional. They provided me with an exceptional experience. I have the utmost respect for the entire staff as they specialize in treating special needs individuals. They have such a welcoming attitude and a great demeanor. They’re truly amazing!!
Regarding my dental exprience, the dentist and dental assistant were very kind and accomidating to my particular needs and felt truly listened to with my questions and concerns. Scheduling was quick and although there was a wait list, I was called a bit earlier due to a cancellation which I appreciated. On the con side there is an individual a bit further behind the main front desk who lacks professionalism. A bit older lady. Dark hair.
