Just finished a fabulous week in Hilo. We discovered Hilo Shark's our first day and it became our "local coffee shop" during our stay. The coffee was smooth and delicious, the staff friendly and helpful to visitors and we love the fun vibe of the shop. Also enjoyed their oatmeal as well as acai bowl. I just wish I had tried the ice cream! I can't wait to come back and hang at Hilo's on my next visit.
During our stay in Hilo our main goal was to eat and drink local flare. We would spend mornings walking distances to many, including the Hilo Shark's Coffee Shop. On our last day, we had to revisit once it was our FAVORITE and most memorable. Great staff and truly favor the old gas station/garage set up. Best coffee and loved the fresh papaya, yogurt, granola dish.
Coffee ice cubes in the iced coffee, enough said.
The Shark Bite was amazing!!! Awesome coffee stop in Hilo. We were on our way to the volcanoes! Easy pull up and close to the ocean drive in Hilo.
