Manager unable to help with a very simple request. I asked to issue a bill of sale for the actual price I paid for the car. He would not under any circumstances comply. Said at least 3 times I was asking him to do something illegal. Here is why. They have some deceptive dealer pricing on the purchase agreement involving a Ford rebate. They show a price on the agreement called " Cash price of unit " 36,747. Then at the bottom of the agreement they list" Unpaid Balance of cash". 35,125.
