Eric Walbridge helped rent my vacant apartment in a matter of days when others could not. We had horrible experience with them a couple of years ago when we were living in a property managed by them. They were not responsive at all and, were always late on taking out the trash and the tenants ended up paying for the fines charged by the city. I would give 0 stars if I could! Oh and don't even get me started on how the management would show up without giving a 24 hour notice!
