I had an emergency with my hamster and I was concerned about her broken limb. The staff was very helpful, was able to accommodate a same day visit on a Saturday. I am very satisfied with the treatment plan given and estimates were given for further treatment, if needed. There was no pressure to push for more expensive treatments. I love my/our new Vet!
We have taken our high anxiety dog to 4 different vets and Hillview has been wonderful! The "happy visits" and training by Alicea have been the true difference in our dog that was previously muzzled just to walk in, now she sits for a shot! Wow!
This is the best place in Franklin to take your pets. They take your concerns seriously. They always go above and beyond with their standards for cleanliness and care. From the front desk,to the techs,to the doctors...they all are such good people.
I came in with my bird.. some how she got her lip caught up in a bell.... they were so sweet and kind. They knew just what to do. Thank you so much!
My husband and I have been taking our little fur baby Jazzy here since she was a puppy. The staff is always kind and helpful. They have helped my Jazzy quite a few times when she was sick. I live in southport and I refuse to go to any other vet.
