The staff at Hillview is very caring and friendly. Dr. Clarke does a fantastic job and makes us pet parents feel at ease. It is a relief to find a local vet who can take care of sugar gliders! I highly recommend this place!

I used to go here until our favorite vet Dr. Newcomb left the office but I still highly recommend this office. My Lilah loved coming to see all of the friendly staff and loved the Dr. Very well priced and take care of their customers. The staff knew Lilah's name as soon as she walked into the building before they even knew mine!

When I moved to Franklin about six months ago, I was worried about finding high quality care for my four-legged kids, and thankfully, I didn't need to be. I am beyond grateful for the incredibly competent, compassionate, and thorough care my dogs receive from the providers and staff here (and a special shout out to Dr. Shirley and Shelby, who have been caring for my Ben post-orthopedic surgery - from the bottom of my heart - thank you).
I have never been to a place that is so kind and caring. Our bunny became very ill and there was no vet in Shelbyville that sees rabbits so we were referred to Hillview. Sadly our bunny did not make it. The staff was so compassionate and helped us through the sadness of having to put him to sleep. Anytime any of my pets need to see a vet this is the only place I will take them to because I know they are in good hands!
Love bringing my pets here. They are always caring and compassionate. They do not push services at you. I brought my dog Sarabi to get a growth looked at and once it was decided that it was essentially a skin tag that removing it would be unneeded as it doesn't bother her at all.
