GREAT STAFF. YOU COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER STAFF. THEY ATTEND TO YOUR NEEDS AND ARE VERY QUICK TO FIX THINGS. SECURE ENVIRONMENT. HOWEVER, THE ELEVATOR NEEDS TO REPLACED. IF YOU ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR OR CANNOT WALK UP THE STAIRS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. ALSO, THE HEATING SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. CHARTER CABLE HAS MADE A MESS OF THE CABLE WIRING.
