My town
Ive lived here for 5 yrs, been thru 3 owners. Current owners have made SOME improvements, not much. Trying to get maintenance to fix anything takes forever. During the winter, the parking lot turns into a sheet of ice and they NEVER put salt down. Ive had to buy it myself. Ive seen other tenants not be able to move their cars bc of the ice. Theyre not vetting new tenants very well. Theyre letting trash move in.
