Brooke the assistant manager is the ONLY person working here who gives a hoot about residents. Honest and caring, helps people out in times of need. I had mold infesting my apartment unit 628 last year. Property manager Kim blamed it on ME for using my air conditioning at 70. It's TEXAS, lady. Apartments were poorly built - air intake in the BATHROOM. Wettest place in the unit! Mold growing out of all my vents and throughout . I had dozens of photos. This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. I was very skeptical about apartment living and when I sold my house two years ago I told my son we would only live here for a year until we decided where we wanted to buy another home. It has been such a great experience for us that we decided to stay and we are now past our second year. The management and staff are awesome and have become true friends. The gates at this apartment complex are slower than molasses. Not only that, on the exit your vehicle bumper has to be within a half of inch for the gate to open. You are going to be spending alot of time at the gate entering and leaving. I'm a delivery driver and HATE delivering here because of the slow gates. Do yourself a favor and move to another complex with better gates than this one star place.
The people here are amazing, and everyone working here are a 10+ Austin showed me around the complex and was so helpful when I moved in, very friendly people here. Thank you Austin and everyone else that works here.
