Dr. Vu is by far the most incompetent vet my cat has ever been seen by. I took my cat in to be examined by Dr. Vu because she wasn't eating. I told him that I thought maybe there was a problem with her teeth. Instead of giving her an full exam and offering any other possible reasons for not eating or any other treatment, he just ran with what I said. He did not examine her except for breifly looking at her gums and said that he didn't see anything wrong but suggested that we do a cleaning and xrays to see if any teeth needed... read more
Our healthy cat became extremely ill 1 day after 2 vaccines. 3 different dr’s, 4 visits in less than 3 weeks, our cat could not be saved. Had they listened to me, kept me with one doctor it could have been a different outcome. It’s very clean and they were kind but were definitely negligent in this situation.

We are fairly new to Hilltop Vet clinic but they have been very caring and compassionate which we greatly appreciate.
Our cat went to. Be neutered, the vet couldn’t find the testicles, so now we have a cat who ended up getting a wound infection from getting opened up, and not neutered. He would have been better off going to a specialist. They also forgot to send him home with pain meds after a botched surgery. Will not be going back.
Went in for an anal gland examination and a normal examination for my dog. They didn’t seem to care much about giving me information about my dog/ examining him and was more wrapped up in their own personal work drama. We couldn’t even speak to the vet personally! On top of all of this, they fitted my dog for a 14 dollar cone that was WAY too small for him. (He was able to reach the area that was affected in minutes) We requested a refund or possibly a bigger cone, and was basically told us it was our fault. How was it our f... read more
