We have lived in this community for five years, and it’s hands down the best place we have ever lived. Brenda- the community manager- is always helpful, down to earth, and real. Whenever there is a maintenance issue- it is handled promptly by Chris or Rick- and they are excellent at caring for the grounds and homes. Anytime I have spoken to Angela to reach out for support- she has taken care of things for us as well. This is a great place to live in horsham!
I've been living at hilltop for a few years now and have always felt like the office staff Brenda and Angela are always there when I call with questions. Chris and Rick are a very knowledgeable mantianance crew. The best is the prompt after hour emergency issues. Will stay for years to come. Thanks
We love living at Hilltop! The community is friendly and the access to the Powerline Trail is awesome. The homes are very nice and maintenance, Chris and Rick, are very communicative, kind and they get the job done well. Brenda and Angela in the leasing office are also very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend!
Very nice
I will be leaving Hilltop in a month due to my own family matters and I am extremely saddened. I’m going to miss Brenda and Angela and how responsive they are to every email and phone call. I will miss how swiftly Chris from the maintenance team handles our maintenance orders. I’ve never lived somewhere where the community looks out for each other and cares so much. My kids have made so many memories and friends here. 3 wonderful years here that I won’t forget, if I did not have to move I would not! That’s how much I love it... read more
