Always very helpful and knowledgeable of Volkswagen parts. Friendly service and great staff. Reasonably priced.
In all fairness, due to an extremely busy schedule I left my vehicle there longer than I planned. In the beginning, they were nice. However, towards the end, you could hear the tone change in their voice. I wasn’t going to argue this, I accept responsibility. The issue is. I was told on Monday the balance was $183. On Wednesday, he told me $193. When I paid over the phone, he charged me $203.
I don’t know what would be of my VW driver life without this place (I would’ve probably sold my 2008 Beetle for sure). Glenn is the only guy in Jacksonville who takes care of my little sassy bug. Even being super busy he always finds a way to help me (he’s the only guy in Jax who was willing to help fix my doors when I first got this car). Thank you Glenn please don’t stop doing what you do, otherwise I’ll have to sell my car
I brought my dune buggy to Hilltop for an annoying oil leak and power issues. Was asked to leave the car (brisket) while they did their thing. Not only were they able to fix the oil problem, but found things that I wasn't even aware of. Brisket was returned in amazing shape, with power to spare! Thanks to Glen and Javier for fixing what I thought was a lost cause, all for a fair price! I highly recommend Hilltop for any and all VW needs
