We went to hilltop to do paperwork and waited to get a deposit to come back..we completed all the paperwork and planned on returning a month later. A month later we had all the money and called, they said come on in! I've written before about Hilltop Motors and how ineffective and irrelevant their customer service is. All the things we noted when my daughter bought the 2010 Nissan Versa were never taken care of, as promised. Additionally, after the warranty was over, we discovered the two rear tires were different sized from the front tires...and were both different from each other. My wife and I followed Phil over to Hilltop from another dealer. We had originally just planned on getting a minivan. But after we closed the deal on the van, I really wanted to look at a Ford Fusion just to get an idea on it for the future.
