I have sought treatment from the physicians at Hilltop Medical Clinic, specifically Dr. Jorde, Dr. Pierce and Dr. Phelps, for over 10 years. I have lived in San Diego, Los Angeles, Sacramento and Shasta Counties over the last 40 years and know the difference between exceptional, mediocre and poor healthcare practitioners .
