And here we go again!!!! I am the GM at the Holiday Inn Express and I gotta tell ya I love recommending Hilltop to my guest..never disappoint!!! My AGM and myself ate there last night and I can honestly say there is not a better steak in Covington county (yes even better then the “other” place) staff is awesome and the cook and host “sweetie pie” are awesome!!!!

Our lunch was delicious and the service was great. We enjoyed visiting the meat & seafood market that had a variety of fresh selections. We enjoyed our visit!
Love going to Hill Top for breakfast with some friends and at night with family. Great food served by Godly people who truly care about you.
we frequented this restaurant for well over 5 yrs...tonight was the last hr drive I'll be taking to this establishment though. Third time in 2 mths that Ive sat over an HR waiting on food...and 2nd time Ive left with none. Ask about order HR into wait and heard cook say it'll be another little while...never again.
The staff goes above and beyond to make you happy. Good experience.

If you haven't gone to Hilltop, you are missing out!! The food is always delicious! Servers are always great and willing to help with anything! The owners Kevin and Kellye are the two most humble people you will ever meet😊 * we never leave without some sausage from the meat market!
