Hilltop Manor Mutual Housing is a co-op with a long historical presnce in the southeast area of Wichita. . It's a place for neighbors to look out for each other and contribute to the financial well-being of these old historical buildings. It's a place to beautify our yards for the enjoyment of all. It's also a place to work together to choose and plant trees to replace the ones that are aging and have to be removed. Our old and large trees add a quality and uniqueness to our location.

My family has lived here for generations, both sides. I was raised in hilltop, and currently live here myself. It's affordable, and friendly. Can't imagine living anywhere else.
