Never have I ever had to leave a 1 star for any company in my entire life, but I would highly caution anyone from working with Hilltop, specifically Cy Hainey. I reached out to the firm, back in April, and my case was accepted. Cy assured me we would have weekly 15min meetings until the case was complete, no more than 30-60 days. In the seven weeks (yes, a month and a half) Cy was late to one meeting by over 30mins, and completely ghosted the next three.
