Our keys don’t work so every time we want to be let into our room, the front desk staff has to let us in. Front desk staff seemed inconvenienced with our existence. We can clearly hear the neighbors all around us and even though it’s a smoke free facility it smells like smoke in the lobby. The beds are full of springs and aren’t comfortable. I regret not spending a few more dollars and getting a quality room.
Nice place .. good food and drinks
I would never stay here again. Very old and outdated. The room we stayed in was clean but the clock didn’t work, TV channels were not working, beds were hard as a rock and there was a noise in the wall that sounded like a really loud drip. Called the front desk to see about moving 4 times but no one ever answered. It reminds me of a motel 6 before they did an upgrade. If there was a star rating it would be a 1 star!
Nice place to stay in Pullman. Restaurant/bar staff we kind and the food and drinks were good. Beds were a little firmer than expected.
I started staying here in June of 2016 for Weaks at a time on business as I am a contractor. The owners are vary sweet. The managers awesome the rooms are spacious and always clean. Although I was missing a phone once lol. The bars nice the food is great The only thing breakfast lacks is a waffle maker haha. The coffee is so darn good!! And don't let me get started with the most kind, generous, talkative and just awesome front desk receptionist. My personal preference to suggest to people visiting. Really embrace the University and surrounding agricultural heritage. Restaurant offers the Coug Burrito which is insurmountable. Rates are best deal in town.
Although this place isn't the most awful I've visited I feel these beds are wayy to hard as I feel every spring. It's equivalent to sleeping on the floor unfortunately. The pool and spa is pretty icky looking too! But like I said, certainly not the worst place I've ever stayed but also not the best.
