Hilltop Garden Nursery I bought some beautiful hanging baskets at Hilltop Garden Nursery . They were these small blue flowers. They were so full and healthy. I got them for what I thought was a great price. All I had to do was remember to water them, and they bloomed all summer. they don't have a huge selection, but what they have is very healthy.
