Property has switched management 3 times in as many years. Limited parking due to one lot being unfinished since before I been here in 2020. Doorbells had been removed making deliveries an inconvenience with an electric lock door meaning power outage, no access to your home. There’s a mandatory cable fee for Xfinity so I’m getting double charged since I already had my own before the new management arrived. The shared washer/dryer rooms are a mess. I met with The Magagement who are Great easygoing and a pleasure to work with From what I've gotten to see of tge building it looks beautiful and up to date. I'm really hoping it works out well with the apartments they discussed. Pricing was from the best in the area.
