I have been a patient for several years now and it's been increasingly more difficult to get an appointment i was due for a cleaning in March and they said they would put me on a cancelation list. Well they did neither and now when I call in all the reception can say is I'm sorry you feel that way and made zero effort. Tell me this Hilltop dentistry why do you have a flashy sign saying new patients welcome yet I have been completely ignored. I suppose I will take my 2 benefit plans and go elsewhere!
I don’t enjoy leaving this feedback as the hygienists here have ALWAYS been completely wonderful!!! Our appointment time was changed to an unclear time the day before our appointment (yet hypocritically require patients to give 2 days notice for cancellations) then we were advised we arrived an hour late when we actually arrived BEFORE the new appointment time that had been “confirmed”. Well I was blown away today when I had TWO root canals done in an hour and the procedure was COMPLETELY pain-free. I was so nervous and Dr. Taherion was amazing. So fluid and organized with his assistant. I actually fell asleep a couple of times! Anyway, I like to give credit where it is due.
Always friendly. Always accommodating. I will always recommend this facility to friends and family.
