THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR. They have a contract with a towing company to sit in the middle of the parking garage every night. They will tow it for just touching the white line. I know 15 other residents here—ALL have had their car towed (for the first time ever) while living here. It costs $300 to get the car back. There is no notice your car has been towed, even though your car is registered with the apartment (for $200/month) and they have the towing company on contract. Walls are paper thin, You can hear a conversation very clearly from opposite sides of the apartment(even with the doors closed). Promised us a pool, they closed it for the entire year. Black mold in the ventilation.
