TERMITES!!!!!
It looks so run down! The grounds are not well kept up. The monthly rent has gone so no longer affordable.
Brand new appliances at move in! Maintenance and staff is very nice and accommodating. Chris helped us get a ground floor because I have a new baby and cant do stairs. Cheap. Nice. School bus stop infront. Parking. Dishwasher and w&d inside units. Only pay electric. Go off of a 3x the rent type approval. Only problem I see is the people here dont take care of their units and trash their own balconies...kinda sad because kids live around here.

I would highly advise you not move in this place. It is low income housing. That means people are living here for free, and they have just as many rights as someone paying out of pocket. The owner is nowhere to be found, and they go through managers like its some kind of bad joke. If you are looking for a very nice HUD apartment, apply. If you plan on paying out of pocket? Welcome to hell. BAD PLACE!
