Lived here for almost 2 years and the landlords Billy and Cathy are super sweet and helpful with any issues I ever had. Communicating with them was always easy, they changed air filters and sprayed units with a timely heads up. Would definitely recommend them as landlords.

Should post an income minimum before applying and taking $50 application fees...OR be up front with someone who clearly had a disability, and taking her $50 only to say "Sorry, we dont see you being able to afford this."
