We are Hillstone regulars. We LOVE this place...except for today. Went for lunch. We ordered the steak and noodle salad, with well-done steak. Came out rare. They apologized, remade it, and it came out rare again. Didn't they even check?We gave up and ordered a baked potato. Rachel, the manager, apologized, but where was the service recovery?
