We had an excellent dinner last night. Our server was Vega and he was fantastic! We started out with the grilled artichoke appetizer which was delicious. I had the bone in prime rib that was cooked just the way I like it. It was served with tasty, creamy mashed potatoes and a vegetable. My husband had fall-off-the-bone ribs, fully loaded baked potato and coleslaw. All delicious of which were delicious. This was our second meal at Hillstone Winter Park and we will definitely be returning.
It was our first visit but won’t be our last visit. Loved everything about the experience and the price didn’t break the bank.
We absolutely LOVE hillstones. We go here frequently. Only once had a few issues and the manager Ryan was above and beyond awesome and accommodating. If you have not gone you need to, and do yourself a favor and get the Hawaiian Ribeye Med Rare! �
A landmark in our community ... beautiful venue with the most amazing service, menu and ambiance! Consistently an excellent experience!
