my husband and I had a very good experience in Hillstone at centreport, the whole process to rent an apartment was very quick and easy, Stephanie Martinez's help was very good and she answered all our questions we recommend this place to live. It has a good location, beautiful apartments and good promotions
Am very disappointed with the leasing office , we were told that they had readily available units ready for move in immediately. Our lease was ending at our current apartment and we needed a place which is ready for move in. Brenda the leasing officer said they had a unit available. We pay luxury apartment prices but it does not come with the experience. Many of the people living here are inconsiderate of their neighbors, and the grounds. Dog waste everywhere, hallways smell like dog pee, fast food trash left in parking lots, people leaving flyers on doors weekly, cars that are not running and broken down left in parking spots. Hillstone and their managment companies Lynd and Greystar are dishonest. They would not return my security deposit. I started living there in July, 2017. A security deposit was required at that time, and it is listed on my lease. The Texas Property Code states that the landlord has thirty days to refund a security deposit. Hillstone disregarded the law. They did not respond to my e-mails for months. I finally got in touch with Tasha who was evasive and stopped responding.
