If there was an option of giving a zero rating, I would. Unfortunately we have had several issues with this practice including multiple “hidden” charges which prompted a flag by our insurance company. With health care providers becoming less and less about caring for their patients, I am afraid this is to be expected. Poor service, uneducated and rude office staff and poor medical advice is what you will get here. Move on!
