The service I have been receiving as of late has been terrible! It’s so hard to get through to speak with anybody in this office because they never answer. I also just recently went in to explain that my leg was hurting, and the doctor had such an attitude and was very short with me after I waited nearly an hour for my appointment. I then find out that the x-ray she recommended was put in incorrectly, so I waited another hour at the imaging place all because it was coded wrong. To be honest, I haven’t been to doctor for myself in many years. I stumbled across here to find a place affordable because I don’t have health insurance. I had two appointments and Dr. Roselyn Omungo truly cares about her patients and their well being. I felt confident in her knowledge, help and guidance. She advised me on a medical level but also on a personal level. I appreciate her more than I can express. The front desk lady was the sweeties and nurses Dr Omungo I've seen twice worse as far as getting her job done as a Doctor I've ever seen first visit I written all my previous medications down even took pictures of all the bottles showed to the nurses as well as her She gets them wrong when she send it in refuses to correct because she said I told her that No U Read it or pretended to if I'm supposed 2 take blood pressure meds twice a day and having blood pressure problems taking 2 and u write it for once a day and refuses t... read more
With my Doctor retiring I needed a new Primary care provider and I ended up seeing Roselyn Omungo I went to the office at the hospital on clear creek I was greeted with a very big smile and such kindness and wait time was less than 10 minutes before being called back the nurse was very kind and caring then when Ms Qmungo came in with a pleasant smile long story short SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AND UR HEALTH, she listened explains everything so patient with u im glad I found her im sure this will work out and I'm kinda hard to pleas... read more
Had a pleasant Telehealth conference with the Dr, he listened to my concerns and looked into my chart and results and he was on my medical case got me a couple of referrals and I'm on my way to better health
