I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Hillside Medical Group, particularly with the care and administrative support I have received through the Killeen location and the nurse practitioner who sees patients there. I have repeatedly had issues with referrals not being submitted as requested. There have also been referrals that I was previously told would be placed, only to find out later that they were never submitted. very disappointed with the way this establishment conducts business & handles patient care.
The service I have been receiving as of late has been terrible! It’s so hard to get through to speak with anybody in this office because they never answer. I also just recently went in to explain that my leg was hurting, and the doctor had such an attitude and was very short with me after I waited nearly an hour for my appointment. I then find out that the x-ray she recommended was put in incorrectly, so I waited another hour at the imaging place all because it was coded wrong. To be honest, I haven’t been to doctor for myself in many years. I stumbled across here to find a place affordable because I don’t have health insurance. I had two appointments and Dr. Roselyn Omungo truly cares about her patients and their well being. I felt confident in her knowledge, help and guidance. She advised me on a medical level but also on a personal level. I appreciate her more than I can express. The front desk lady was the sweeties and nurses Dr Omungo I've seen twice worse as far as getting her job done as a Doctor I've ever seen first visit I written all my previous medications down even took pictures of all the bottles showed to the nurses as well as her She gets them wrong when she send it in refuses to correct because she said I told her that No U Read it or pretended to if I'm supposed 2 take blood pressure meds twice a day and having blood pressure problems taking 2 and u write it for once a day and refuses t... read more
