Was late for my appointment yet Joanne was very kind and still allowed me to view the apartment. She was very pleasant and informative on the application process. I submitted my application and she called me today to tell me everything was approved. I can’t speak on the property since I’m not a resident yet but from driving around the area the complex seems quiet and within driving distance of anything you can think of. The leasing agent is helpful and kind however I have not gotten a fob of mail key and my service request has not been completed to date
I had a great experience with Joanne at the front desk. I will be a new tenant and she made me and my son feel comfortable and welcoming while showing us apartments. I look forward to moving in soon!
