Believe the reviews move here if you want too lol my biggest mistake yet again renting in Claymont, DE basic cosmetic work just to have issues with it bathroom no ventilation either with mold
Was late for my appointment yet Joanne was very kind and still allowed me to view the apartment. She was very pleasant and informative on the application process. I submitted my application and she called me today to tell me everything was approved. I can’t speak on the property since I’m not a resident yet but from driving around the area the complex seems quiet and within driving distance of anything you can think of. The leasing agent is helpful and kind however I have not gotten a fob of mail key and my service request has not been completed to date
