I was attempting to rent an apartment but after receiving the lease, it had wording that they could increase the rent at any point of the lease to which I requested it be taken out. Otherwise, what would be the point of having a contract if she can ask for more money the second month without any reason. She responded that her husband was a lawyer and there was no need to take it out so I ended up not proceeding. This was a great first apartment/townhouse for me and my wife. It was spacious, affordable on our full time and part time incomes, and in a great location. Just like any property, it was not without it's issues, but there was usually always someone available to fix something when needed.

Living in two different units owned by Ms. Stephanie (for almost a total of 4 years) was ABSOLUTELY miserable. Nothing is up-to-date or maintenanced properly. She found any & every reason to create drama. I highly suggest not wasting your time, money, or negatively impacting your mental health by living in a property she owns. It is NOT worth it!

Had a wonderful experience renting from Stephanie at Hillside Park. Our 3bedroom 2.5 bath townhome was perfect for our family of 4, spacious and updated with modern amenities, including huge closets, furnace/ac, dishwasher, etc. We brought our own washer/dryer for the spacious in-unit laundry room but the laundromat is conveniently located just steps away.
