We needed a new oil company and Hillside Heating was referred to us. And they have been very professional, informative and kind from last year until the present, from the first phone call to delivery they have been great. 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Darren arrived on time and explained everything clearly and professionally. He completed our heating tune-up and walked me through what he was doing, which I really appreciated. It was great to have full visibility into the process. I’ll definitely be reaching out again in September for our HVAC tune-up.
My son recently moved into a home with oil heat and asked my recommendation for oil company so I said Hillside. He called 2/20/26, then called me back for another recommendation. When asked why, he said the lady who answered at Hillside was very rude and condescending while saying she couldn’t give him a delivery date other than saying “we can get to you next week sometime” He asked another question and got a short and rude answer. Very unprofessional lady who answered the phone was short with me and rude took my business to awe oil in newark delware they where professional and cheaper wouldn't recommend!
After our current hvac company went out of business without calling us and another cancelling at the last minute you came to our rescue! Justin calmly assessed the situation and got us back and running. Kudos for 1) having a human answer the phone and send Justin out quickly and 2) for explaining every step of the recovery process!
