Michael Fields was an exemplary technician. Conscientious, courteous and honest with his recommendations. Very pleasant personality...in fact I'd describe him as jolly. It had been years since we had our HVAC system worked on...glad to see that Hillside is still customer focused. He's a great asset.
I had some issue with my AC and Justin was able to come same day and solved the problem. He was very nice and informative. The service charge was also very reasonable especially for same day repair.
Hillside is a top-notch company with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I not only use them personally, but also where I work. Mike came out to my house with very short notice to correct an ac issue. Mike went above and beyond and was very efficient. Thanks to Mike for handling the repair with -in 4 hours of me calling Hillside and thanks to John for getting Mike right out after my call. Great service, great people.
