After our current hvac company went out of business without calling us and another cancelling at the last minute you came to our rescue! Justin calmly assessed the situation and got us back and running. Kudos for 1) having a human answer the phone and send Justin out quickly and 2) for explaining every step of the recovery process! After a few years with another company, I shopped around and made the decision to switch to Hillside. I enrolled in the automatic oil delivery service and have been very happy - great to support a friendly, local, family-owned, AND dog-loving business as well!
OMG!!!!! So I needed help from LIHEAP, for emergency assistance if you have 1/8th of s tank it's urgent. They said one to two days before Hillside will contact you to set an appointment. Well of course the first big snow of the season and freezing temperatures and I hear nothing and run out of oil. I have breathing issues and two children under the age 4. I am a loyal will call customer that was told when a I switched to Hillside just to call in whenever I reach 1/4 tank. However due to the weather as a will call customer I am not a priority & will most likely run out of oil before it can be delivered & I am sure that at some po11int while prioritizing auto delivery customers they will be delivering near my home.
