My son was informed that this office didn’t take his insurance. He has been seen there for a long time and now have a different insurance. I asked the receptionist what is the price for the visit and I will pay cash. Erica informs me that I can’t pay cash because it is fraud. Administrative and Records department NEVER answer, and NEVER call you back after you leave a message. It takes repeated calls and messages to ever get through. That's ridiculous!! They need a better manager or replaced! Never going back.
