I walked in for a sick visit. The staff was very friendly, got me in right away.
Do not go here. They will just be a huge waste of your time. They just sent me to the ER for something as simple as getting an alternative antibiotic. The ER LAUGHED at me and said, “ Sure, take a seat. It will be about an hour or two before we can see you.” All for a simple antibiotic. Huge waste of time. Just save yourself the hassle. Go directly to the nearest ER. At least they will help you. Unlike this place. Edit: The ER didn’t see the changing of the antibiotic as a problem. Dr. Derin Patel, I am informing you that we will stop attending your clinics due to the poor organization of the clinic in south clinic rossbelt av. After five years with you, unfortunately, there have been many negative changes. Thank you for your attention.
Highly disappointed, I went there to do an Allergy test. Was told that I needed to wait two weeks because of certain active ingredients. However the paperwork says something different. Its says "Avoid for 96 hrs or two weeks." I haven't taken my medicine for 5 days that's 120 hours and it falls within the parameters of the paperwork. They wanted me to wait 10 more days to schedule the test. Worst experience I have ever had with a business in my lifetime and I am 43. I tried calling a couple of times before appointment to make sure I prepared correctly for allergy shots. No answer and no call back. Went and had allergy testing there and was there for two hours. The procedure took about 45 min and had to wait to see the doctor for an hour.
