Don’t waste your time or money here. I paid a deposit for a car. Was given a VIN number and sent Hillside a copy of my auto insurance. Confirmed pick up date with sales rep. Day before pickup, the Sales Manager Mohammed C******* calls to inform me that the car is no longer available. When asked if that means they sold the same car to someone else, he deflected with responses that did not make any sense. I wetting the dealership at 12pm Friday ready to buy a car I sat for 3and a half hours being told the system was down to run credit. At 5:45 pm the salesman called me and told me they were going to a credit union and a bank and I can drive the car home Saturday. I cam at 1pm on Saturday and sat and sat they told me at 5 that there was an issue with my credit and it was to late in the day to do anything. It turns out they never ran my credit. Stay away from this dealership total scam.

Disrespectful Dealership – I have a 2010 Crosstour and my lease ends on November 2013. They called me to invite to their gallery to offer me an early upgrade. I was surprised but still went to see what they had to offer. After typical sales tactics (which consists of the sales person keeping you waiting for long periods of time so you get tired and accept whatever they have to offer so you could get out of there. Worst dealership i've walked into! – Terrible customer service! Very rude and very pushy.
Friendly Dealers – I have purchased two cars from this dealership. They are great . The dealers are very friendly and work with you regarding prices. They offer you coffee while you wait. When you arrange your interest rates they are very flexible. You have to push for the lowest rate. I did and I got 2.9% rate. They explain everything you want to know.
Great experience – had a great experience at hillside Honda when i purchased my new vehicle. mister matt adovick was very knowledgeable and helped my family and me get the vehicle that was right for us and answered all my questions. i will recommend hillside Honda to everyone i know

The salesperson who helped me, Taina, was very personable and professional throughout the whole process. There are horror stories out there about car dealers; none of those apply at Hillside Honda.
