Charissa, Lex & Dylan have all been such a great help through my recovery and tune ups. They’re a team that listen and understand the client, find the cause root of problem, and work on post rehab exercises to improve strength and mobility for the future. Highly recommend seeing the staff at Hillside Health, very professional and friendly service.
Lex (Remedial) and Dylan (Chiro) are both awesome. Lex really helped me return to functional fitness after injury and surgery.
Good vibes, good culture and even better coaches that make you leave feeling better after every class. This is the first CF I'd been apart of after years of training in Martial Arts and large commercial gyms but after working within the fitness industry for better part of a decade I can certainly say these guys are doing alot of things right! Keep doing great things HS!
Great to have knowledgeable health professionals with an inside knowledge of CrossFit, to allow a focused treatment plan for each individual. Dylan was thorough in showing and ensuring all the rehab exercises were carried out efficiently to get the best results!
