I am compelled to warn others about the deplorable conditions at Building 320- B Grier avenue NE Calgary T2K5X5 and Building 310 -A Grier avenue NE Calgary T2K5X5 on the Boardwalk. The presence of rats and mice is alarming, and the service is woefully inadequate. I strongly advise friends, family, and all visitors to steer clear of these buildings.
