I had been a patient here for many years. Having had mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma three times, I was concerned about a dry patch of skin on my cheek that won't go away. I was turned down because they won't accept Masshealth (which I have had to recently go on due to sudden low vision). I asked to make an exception since I have been a patient for so long but they wouldn't. My dentist made an exception and Hillside Dermatology will not? I feel I am being discriminated against. I couldn't say enough good things about Hillside Dermatology in a review. From the first time I talked to someone on the phone, I could hear that she really cared about helping me. And to receive an appointment in two days times: was simply incredible, especially considering the wait with all the other dermatologist that I called, were several months before I could see one.
