My current endodontist reviewed my 8-year-old root canal and advised it was not successful, resulting in an abscess and a costly retreatment.
I will not recommend this dental clinic, I am very disappointed with my experience. My wife took time off work just to have her teeth cleaned, but instead of simply doing the cleaning, they tried to push unnecessary procedures and discussed treatments that were not even needed for a routine cleaning. On top of that, they did not clearly explain beforehand that some of these procedures would not be covered by insurance. Final review: (04 Apr 2026) I am done with the place. Again, they refused service & was told not to rebook until my BP goes down but that's impossible because I am currently on prescription medication known to elevate BP related to untreated uterine fibroids (on waitlist 7 months on). So unless I get a note from my GP, I was told they won't even do basic cleaning with my scheduled future appointments. Apr 02, 2026: Today I received very good dental cleaning services from hygienist @Xingtong. I really appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Front Desk staff was also efficient and cheerful. Thanks All for good service. Dec 05, 2025: I got the dental cleaning services yesterday. Excellent service was provided by hygienist @Xingtong. Professional cleaning, soft hands and full utilization of allocated time. Dr. Guan also visited and inspected my teeth and provided great consultation.
