Visited Hillside Dental today after getting appointment in less than 24 hours. Dr. Alicia F treated my tooth surgery. Very nice and comfortable treatment. She did the surgery with soft hands without much pain. It could not be softer than that. Awesome Job done by her. Rest of staff, who I interacted with also nice and pleasant. Thanks all.
My current endodontist reviewed my 8-year-old root canal and advised it was not successful, resulting in an abscess and a costly retreatment.
I will not recommend this dental clinic, I am very disappointed with my experience. My wife took time off work just to have her teeth cleaned, but instead of simply doing the cleaning, they tried to push unnecessary procedures and discussed treatments that were not even needed for a routine cleaning. On top of that, they did not clearly explain beforehand that some of these procedures would not be covered by insurance.
