This company is horrible! They did not repair my refrigerator, in fact disconnected the tube to my ice maker, which in turn leaked and ruined my hardwood floors! They did not respond to my phone calls or messages about the parts they ordered, after initially saying they'd take care of my problem. Furthermore, after they found out about my floors being ruined due to their incompetence, they completely ignored my phone calls and NEVER contacted me again!
